Kūhiō Kalaniana‘ole Park Will Close for Scheduled Landscaping

The Hawai’i County Department of Parks and Recreation announced Friday that Kūhiō Kalaniana‘ole Park in Hilo will be closed between Monday, Dec. 29 and Wednesday, Dec. 31 for schedule landscaping work.

Landscaping of the coastal park will be performed by the East Hawai’i Rotary Clubs as part of their ongoing efforts to enhance the area.

Reopening of the park is scheduled for Jan. 1, and normal operating hours will resume.
