The University of Hawai’i at Hilo and Chaminade University have collaborated to reschedule a pair of soccer matches ahead of potential bad weather.

UH-Hilo announced Wednesday morning that it was postponing Saturday’s matches, scheduled to be played at the school’s baseball field, as s safety precaution with Tropical Storm Ana approaching the state.

Several hours later, Chaminade announced that it had reached an agreement with the UH-Hilo athletic department to move the soccer doubleheader to Thursday, Nov. 6. The matches will remain at the UHH Baseball Field.

The doubleheader will start at 12:30 p.m. with the men’s match, followed by the women’s match at 3 p.m.
