Michael Kors Opens in Waikoloa’s Kings’ Shops

Michael Kors opened Thursday at Waikoloa’s Kings’ Shops, joining a number of luxury and high-end shops along the Kohala Coast.

The store, named after the popular New York City-based fashion designer, is known for its luxury clothes, bags, shoes, watches, and other accessories for both men and women.

Kings’ Shops’ marked the opening of the store with a blessing by Danny Akaka Jr. Doors opened to the public at 9:30 a.m.

Michael Kors joins Macy’s Resort Store, Tiffany & Co., Tori Richard, and Coach in the list of luxury brand name stores to open up in the Kings’ Shops.

The store is located on the Macy’s Resort Store end of the Kings’ Shops, next to Making Waves and Jourabchi. It is the only location on the Big Island.

Other Michael Kors locations in Hawai`i include an outlet store on Front Street in Lahaina, Maui, another outlet store on Oahu in Waikele, and a second Oahu location in the Ala Moana Shopping Center.
