One-lane closures will occur on another stretch of Highway 190 as Hawaii Electric Light Co. continues its transmission line upgrade on the mauka North Kona roadway.
For the next two weeks, crews will be working north of Puuanahulu, between mile markers 15 and 18, the utility said Monday.
One lane will be closed to traffic from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Although delays are expected to last 15 minutes or less, motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes if possible.

The 8-mile-long project began in April and is expected to be completed by the end of July.
