Kupuna from around Hawai‘i will perform at the 13th Big Island Senior Line Dance Roundup on Friday, June 6, at the Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium in Hilo.

Sponsored by the County of Hawai‘i Department of Parks and Recreation’s Elderly Activities Division, this year’s event is called “I Live to Dance.” Groups from Kona, Waimea, Hilo, Kea‘au and Mountain View will join visiting dancers from Oahu and Maui.

This year’s event will again feature the popular “mass dance” that gives audience members a chance to join in the fun.

The Senior Line Dance Roundup starts at 9:30 a.m. Admission is free and the public is invited.
