The SKINNY:
25 luxury homes and villas were hand-selected out of those who submitted an entry to be featured in the showcase. Properties selected ranged from beachfront villas to lavish estates
and were priced from $995,000 to $16 million.
The VIBE:
Home-buyers along with architecture and design enthusiasts gathered for the 1st Annual Kapalua Showcase. It was a not-to-miss opportunity to tour West Maui’s most premium properties for sale.

Attendees checked in at the Kapalua Village Center to pick up a resort map and property directory, then hopped aboard one of the tour shuttles, providing guests the opportunity to explore properties of interest at their leisure. A variety of fabulous Kapalua resort prizes were on hand, including free rounds of golf, five star dining, and romantic hotel getaways.
