Holualoa Resident, 54, Drowned Off North Kona Beach

An autopsy has determined that a 54-year-old man found floating last week in waters off Kua Bay in North Kona died of drowning.

Bystanders pulled Robert Gregory Osborne to shore in the early afternoon on Wednesday, April 16, but were unable to resuscitate him.

Osborne, a resident of Holualoa, was taken to Kona Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
