All this and more, including an evening gala, are on tap May 1-3 at the Big Island Chocolate Festival, said a release from the Kona Cacao Association, sponsor of the event.

Proceeds benefit the $150,000 “Equip the Kitchens” campaign for the future Hawai‘i Community College-Palamanui, and help efforts to build a community amphitheatre at the Kona Pacific Public Charter School in Kealakekua.
