***Updated 4:32 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28 to correct number of marijuana plants seized.***

Police armed with a search warrant seized 51 marijuana plants and arrested two men last week at a Puna home.

The pot plants ranged in height from 1 to 3 feet. The raid on Road 1 in the Hawaiian Acres subdivision Friday morning also resulted in the seizure of nearly six ounces of dried marijuana as well as drug paraphernalia.

Police on Monday incorrectly reported that 151 plants had been seized.

Raymond Eastridge, 45, was charged with three counts of promotion of marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia.

His bail was set at $7,250.

The second man arrested at the scene was later released without charges.
