One-Way Traffic Pattern Near Church for Christmas

Police said Christmas season activities at St. Joseph Catholic Church will again prompt traffic changes near the Hilo church next week.
A one-way pattern will be allowed only in the Puna or southerly direction on Kapiolani Street between Waianuenue Avenue and Haili Street.
The change will be in effect from 4 p.m. Tuesday, Christmas Eve, until 3 a.m. Wednesday, Christmas Day, and from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Christmas Day.
Parking will be allowed on both sides of Kapiolani Street during these periods.
