Public’s Help Sought Solving Haihai Street Burglary

Police are asking for the public’s help solving a burglary that occurred mid-morning Wednesday in Hilo.

Several pieces of gold jewelry and wristwatches were stolen from a home on lower Haihai Street.

Police ask that anyone who may have observed anything suspicious in the area between 8 a.m. and noon Wednesday call Officer Courtney Bello at 961-2213 or the police department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Anonymous tipsters can call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
