Puna Man Accused of Firing Gun, Threatening Neighbor

A 64-year-old Mountain View man has been charged with several offenses after he allegedly fired a shot from a firearm Sunday and threatened a neighbor in the residential area off Kukui Camp Road.
Police said Falaniko N. Himphill today was charged with first-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree reckless endangering and prohibited ownership of a firearm.
He was being held in lieu of $21,000 bail.
