Rodrigues Charged; Bail Set at $20,000

As 40-year-old Puna man has been charged with two counts of first-degree terroristic threatening for pointing what looked like a rifle at two police officers Tuesday morning.
Bail for Jonathan P. Rodrigues Sr.of Mountain View was set at $20,000.
Rodrigues had also been arrested Tuesday for second-degree assault in connection with an alleged machete attack on his son the day before. As of Thursday he had not been charged in that incident.
