Renowned tea educator Joann Aguirre will discuss the health benefits of tea, the world’s second most widely consumed beverage, on Tuesday, Sept. 10, from 2-3 p.m. at Volcano Art Center’s Niaulani Campus in Volcano Village.

Aguirre, also a member of the Hawaii Tea Society, will focus on tea and health in recognition of furthering breast and ovarian cancer awareness.

The free program is part of the monthly “Tea For Tuesdays” 2013 series sponsored by Volcano Arts Center. Call 967-8222.
