Fugitive Clayton Located, Charged

Police last week located and arrested a 51-year-old Keaau man who was wanted on a $40,000 bench warrant in connection with drug charges.
Police said when Arthur Clayton was arrested on Thursday he was also charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree theft and auto theft.
With the additional charges, Clayton’s bail has been set at $85,000.
Clayton was among those featured in the current episode of “Hawaii Island’s Most Wanted” airing this month on Na Leo O Hawaii Community Television.
