Police are investigating the theft of two golf carts last month from the Makalei Golf Course.

The E-Z-Go RXV golf carts were taken from the course either June 22 or the following day.

The carts valued at more than $6,000 apiece were numbered 27 and 35.

Makalei is located on Highway 190 above Kailua-Kona.

Police ask anyone with information on the case to call Officer Jeremy Riddle at 326-4646, Ext. 253.
