Police Identify Pedestrian in Tuesday’s Fatal Collision

Police have identified the pedestrian who died of injuries sustained when she was struck by a car Tuesday night in downtown Hilo as Roslyn Rushing of Hilo.
The 61-year-old woman was not in a crosswalk when she was struck by a southbound vehicle on Kamehameha Avenue just south of the Kalakaua Street intersection, police said.
