There will be several opportunities for business networking this month with events held in Waimea, Kona, and Hilo.
Business First! in Waimea May 7
On May 7, the Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce will hold is monthly informal networking business event Business First! from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. in Waimea at The Broiler, formerly known as the Parker Ranch Broiler.
The informal networking event is free and open to people who do business in North Hawaii or want to do business in North Hawaii. Because the event is informal, it is a good opportunity to network with businesses both within and beyond your industry.
The Broiler is located in the Parker Ranch Shopping Center, 67-1185 Mamalahoa Highway. Registration is not required.

HICC After Hours in Hilo May 8

On May 8 the Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce will host an after hours event in Hilo at the Verizon store, 325 E. Makaala St., from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
A presentation on business solutions will be held at 6 p.m. and demo stations will be on display showing the newest consumer technology. The event will include heavy pupus, refreshments, business card drawings, and prizes.

Open to HICC members and their guests, the fee is $10 for HICC members, $15 for nonmembers. Deadline to register is May 6.

KKCC After Hours May 15 in Kawaihae
On May 15 KKCC will hold its monthly After Hours event at the Blue Dragon restaurant in Kawaihae, 61-3616 Kawaihae Rd., from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce’s After Hours mixers are monthly events hosted by businesses around West Hawaii to focus on networking, enjoying great food, and meeting other members of the business community.
Fee is $15 for KKCC members and first time guests, $30 for non-members. Reservations are required by May 13 as space is limited.
