Public Meeting on Pahoa Park Plan Set for April 10

A public meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 10, to present the final master plan for the proposed development of the Pahoa District Park.

The meeting will be held from 6-7 p.m. at the Pahoa Neighborhood Facility.

The County Department of Parks and Recreation is moving ahead with plans to develop 56 acres adjacent to the existing facilities which would include ballfields, playgrounds, fitness stations, restrooms and covered pavilions and picnic areas.

Assisting the county is presenting the master plan will be representatives of WCIT Architecture of Oahu.
