Three Big Island restaurants made the list of the Top 100 Most Romantic Restaurants in the US as part of the 2013 OpenTable Diners’ Choice Award.
All three restaurants are within resorts along the Kohala coast in West Hawaii.
They include Kamuela Provision Company at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, Brown’s Beach House at the Fairmont Orchid, and ‘Ulu Ocean Grill and Sushi Lounge at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Historic Ka‘upulehu.
OpenTable provides free, real-time online restaurant reservations for diners, as well as restaurant reviews.

The awards are based on more than five million reviews of 15,000 restaurants submitted in 2012 by OpenTable diners. OpenTable verified the diners who submitted reviews to prevent spam.
A total of ten restaurants in Hawaii made the Top 100, including three on Maui, three on Oahu, and one on Kauai.
