Wanted Pahoa Woman Turns Herself in at Police Station

A Pahoa woman wanted by police turned herself in to the Hilo police station Tuesday morning.
Police said Roberta Banks, 54, of Pahoa was arrested on suspicion of first-degree custodial interference and released pending further investigation.
