Suspects Sought For Violating Terms of Court Orders

Big Island police are searching for two men and two women wanted for violating terms of a court order in unrelated cases.

One is 32-year-old Sheldon L. Pacheco of Hilo, who is 5-foot-9 and 230 pounds. He has hazel eyes and black hair.

Alec Alvarez, 27, of Pahoa is 5-foot-5 and 140 pounds, with brown eyes and hair.

The women being sought include Dorothy M. Balga, 49, of Pahoa. Balga is 5-foot-2 and 105 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

The fourth fugitive is Levon Vares-Young, a 21-year-old Hilo woman. She is 5-foot-2 and 104 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
