A fourth suspect has been charged in connection with the Nov. 26 assault and robbery of a Kona man in a Kailua-Kona parking lot.

Police said Kekoa Duguran, 22, has been charged with robbery, assault and theft.

Duguran was being held Wednesday in lieu of $76,000 bail.

Three others have already been charged in connection with the incident that occurred in the rear parking lot of the Ali`i Sunset Plaza.

A 26-year-old Kealakekua man told police that he went to the parking lot with a local man he had met in a bar to meet with a group of other men. The group allegedly punched and kicked the Kealakekua man and stole his backpack.
