After elbowing your way through the throngs of people at the sales of black Friday, watch the experts in action at Saturday’s brutal and beautiful derby girl triple-header.
The women of the Hilo Bay Bruisers, Volcano Vixens and the Mauna Killahz will make their debut bouts at the Hilo Civic Auditorium on November 24.
The lineup will be Volcano Vixens versus Mauna Killahz at 7 p.m., Hilo Bay Bruisers versus Volcano Vixens at 7:40 p.m., and Mauna Killahz versus the Hilo Bay Bruisers again at 8:20 p.m.
Derby is the game of tactics, speed, stamina and outright aggressive play on wheels. Eye catching outfits, tongue tying nicknames and lots of attitude combine with team play and good sportsmanship.

Tickets are $10 at the door and $8 pre-sale. Doors open at 5 p.m. with the Big Island Babes Junior scrimmage at 5:15 p.m.
