Driver Hits Wrong Pedal, Plows Into Business

A 76-year-old Hilo woman attempting to park in front of The Hearing Aid Center on Kilauea Avenue this morning hit the wrong pedal and crashed into the business’ front door.
Police said Terumi Nakahara hit the gas pedal instead of the brake on her Subaru Outback.
Nobody was injured in the 8:02 a.m. incident.
