Homeless Man Charged in Theft of Truck, Welders

Police on Friday were holding a 45-year-old homeless man on $10,000 bail after he was charged in connection with the theft of a truck and other items.
Frank Eblacas was charged with second-degree theft, a Class C felony. He is accused of allegedly stealing two Lincoln welders, a Ford flatbed truck and some tools.
The theft occurred at a business on or about April 16. The location of the business was not immediately available.
Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call Det. James Correa at 961-2289.
