BRIEF: 17-Year-Old Hilo Female Reported Missing

The Hawaii Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding Tori Bowen, a 17-year-old female who was last seen August 28th in Hilo.

Bowen is described as 5-feet tall, approximately 100 pounds, with long blond hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Bowen’s whereabouts is asked to call police. The non-emergency line is 935-3311, and the Crime Stoppers Hilo hotline number is 961-8300 for those that wish to remain anonymous.
