After a new waterline connection shutoff water for much of Wednesday along a portion of Volcano Road, more waterline work will knock water service off once again on Monday.

The Department of Water Supply says that the work will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on March 5th, and will affect Volcano Road services between Mountain View Elementary School and North Kulani Road. Like Wednesday, the school will not be affected by the water shutoff.

In a release, the department days that they need to do waterline later relocation work for the Volcano Road Intersection and Drainage Improvements project. Water service is expected to return after 1:30 p.m., although the water may be discolored for a short period of time.
