BRIEF: Police Seeking Keaau Woman on Warrant

Big Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating a Keaau woman who is the subject of an outstanding bench warrant.

Police said Shayna Michele Piilani Pili, also known as Michele Pili, is 20 years old. She is part-Hawaiian, approximately 5-foot-5 and 100 pounds, with straight brown hair, brown eyes and a tan complexion.

Pili is also wanted for questioning in connection with a burglary investigation that is unrelated to the bench warrant.

Anyone with information on Pili’s whereabouts is asked to call Det. Paul Fukuda at 961-2382 or by email at [email protected], or call the police department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Anonymous calls can be made to Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 or 329-8181. Tipsters may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
