BRIEF: Police Renews Search for Missing Teen

Hawaii Island police officials are once again asking for the public’s help in finding missing 17-year-old Devin D. Balai, who was last seen over a year and a half ago.

In a release, police say that Balai was last located in Mountain View on June 6th, 2010. At the time of his last disappearance, Balai was described as 5’8″ tall, around 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Balai is of Hawaiian-Vietnamese descent.

Anyone with information on Balai is being urged to call police. The non-emergency line is 935-3311, while anonymous tips can be phoned in to Crimestoppers if foul play is alleged at 961-8300.
