Looking Ahead

Trades will continue to blow through the work week with our usual showers in windward and mauka spots overnight. An increase in shower coverage is expected for Kauai and Oahu by the end of the week as an old front approaches the state.

Today 

We expect northeast winds around 5 to 20 mph with higher gusts. High temperatures are forecast from 81° to 86°. Mostly sunny skies for leeward spots with clouds building in the afternoon and isolated showers. Partly to mostly cloudy with scattered windward showers during the day.

Tonight 

Northeast winds are forecast around 5 to 20 mph with higher gusts. Mostly cloudy skies with showers likely for windward spots overnight and clearing for lee areas as the night goes on. Low temperatures from 70° to 75°.
