The Hawai‘i County Department of Water Supply cancelled the water restriction for Honokaʻa, Haina, Pāʻauhau, Āhualoa, Kapulena, Kalōpā, Pōhākea Mauka and Kukuihaele on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019, at 10 a.m.
