Public Libraries to Host Hip-Hop Program for Youth

Public libraries on Hawaiʻi Island will host a family-oriented hip-hop program presented by Neil McIntyre (also known as “Mr. Kneel”), a professional speaker, lyricist and beat-boxer. Combining beat-boxing and rhyme, Mr. Kneel will share his love for reading to encourage and uplift children of all ages.

Kealakekua Public Library will host Mr. Kneel on Dec. 20, 2017, at 2 p.m. Hilo Public Library will host the hip-hop program on Jan. 13, 2018, at 1 p.m.
