Wind Warning: Summit of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa through Sunday at 6 a.m. Southwest to west winds will increase reaching 55 to 65 mph in some spots with gusts up to 75 mph.

Looking Ahead
A strong cold front is expected to reach Kauai mid Saturday morning and Oahu and Maui Saturday afternoon. The front is forecast to stall and dissipate over Maui County Saturday night and Sunday. Breezy southwesterly winds are expected along and ahead of the front with showers and a chance of thunderstorms.

We have southwest winds today around 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. High temperatures are forecast from 81° to 86°. Partly sunny skies are expected with scattered showers and haze throughout the day. On Sunday, partly cloudy skies are forecast with scattered showers and windward haze. Winds will decrease a bit but remain breezy.
