Waikoloa Dental Clinic Opens in Queens’ Marketplace

Three years ago, Craig Fostvedt, DDS left Hawai`i Island to take care of family on the mainland, forcing him to close up his clinic in Waimea.

Fostvedt returned to the island earlier this year, and has now opened up Waikoloa Dental Clinic, located on the second floor of the Queens’ MarketPlace, above the food court.

Fostvedt has practiced family dentistry on the Big Island since 1990. His clinic will specialize in comprehensive dental care, including cosmetic dentistry and urgent care dental services.

“We are all about the patient,” said Tanya Keanu, Office Manager at Waikoloa Dental Clinic.,“From the first phone call to the procedure to walking out the door.”

“As Waikoloa Beach Resort continues to grow as a community, we’re happy to provide dental services at Queens’ MarketPlace,” said Scott Head, Vice President of Resort Operations in a media release. “With the addition of Waikoloa Dental Clinic, the shopping center’s position as the ‘gathering place of the Kohala Coast’ is further solidified.

Waikoloa Dental Clinic officially opened up on Sept. 15. It is open Monday through Friday by appointment between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. To schedule an appointment, call 886-0891.
