A 24-year-old man already being sought by police was arrested Saturday night after allegedly kidnapping a 27-year-old woman earlier that day.

Police on Tuesday, April 15, had renewed their request for the public’s help in locating Keahi Calvin Sale, 24, who they described as “armed and dangerous.”

At the time Sale was wanted on no-bail warrants and for questioning in other cases.

On Saturday, a bulletin was issued saying Sale had allegedly kidnapped Chelsea Waltjen and was driving a 2001 Honda Civic.

A second bulletin was issued Saturday night saying Sale had been located and arrested in South Kohala.

Waltjen had also been found, the bulletin said.

No other information was immediately available.
