38-year-old man faces sex assault, several other charges after Puna domestic incident

Adonis Benjamin Imaikalani Higa, who made his initial court appearance Thursday and remains in custody, allegedly hit a woman and her 15-year-old daughter, who says he touched her inappropriately, and threatened the family.
