DLNR Names New Conservation Division Chief
Thomas “Tommy” Friel, a conservation law enforcement officer for nearly three decades, has been named the new Chief of the DLNR Division of Conservation and Resources Enforcement, effective today, Monday, Dec. 28, 2015.
