Hilo man charged with theft of Jeep Wrangler, possession of methamphetamine and heroin
32 year-old Gilbert Mata of Hilo was arrested and charged in relation to the theft of a 2023 Jeep, according to the County of Hawaiʻi Office of the Prosecuting Attorney.
