UPDATE: Police find 12-year old runaway in good health

Selah Matthews was last seen at 6:30 a.m. on the 400 block of Kehaulani Street in Hilo today (Tuesday, April 7) and was wearing a dark-colored sweater, blue jeans and a tan-colored backpack.
