Hawaiʻi proclaimed a Purple Heart State

Gov. Josh Green made the proclamation Aug. 7, National Purple Heart Day, and was presented a certificate on behalf of the Hawaiʻi Senate by Oʻahu state Sen. Mike Gabbard to commemorate the milestone.
