Kaʻū man arrested, later released after man was shot in right thigh in Ocean View
The May 10 incident began with a report of 3 men yelling in the area of Coral Parkway, between King Kamehameha Boulevard and Tiki Lane, and ended with a man whose sister says is mentally ill identifying 48-year-old Daniel Moriarty as the person who shot him with a rusty black powder revolver.
