Blood Bank of Hawai‘i returns to Waimea with many donating to support young leukemia patient
The first blood drive in Waimea since 2019 is happening one week after 12-year-old leukemia patient Abel Walker returned home after spending 100 days successfully recovering from his second bone marrow transplant in California.
