Puna Man Charged in Hilo Road-Rage Shooting Incident

Just after 7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 31, police responded to several reports of gunshots coming from a moving vehicle on Kanoelehua Avenue near Waianuhea Place in Hilo.
