Two volunteers honored posthumously for creation of beloved Waimea Nature Park 23 years ago
Leningrad Elarionoff and Carol Hendricks were posthumously awarded the DLNR & YOU Citizen Conservationist Award during an event Friday at the Waimea Nature Park.
