DWS Now Accepting Submissions for Annual Keiki Water Conservation Contest

The Department of Water Supply (DWS) is now accepting entries for its 3rd Annual Keiki Water Conservation Poster Contest open to Big Island students island-wide who attend kindergarten through the fifth grade.
