Outrigger Resorts & Hotels expanding to be on all four major Hawaiian islands

Outrigger Resorts & Hotels announced Thursday it plans to acquire Kaua‘i Beach Resort & Spa in Līhu‘e, which would give the company a property on all four major Hawaiian islands.

Once iconic Coco Palms to be demolished for new 350-room resort on Kauaʻi

The dilapidated remains of Coco Palms, which once hosted Elvis Presley, will be demolished and a new 350-room hotel and cultural center will be built on the Kauaʻi property, according to Utah-based developers that own the 46-acre site.
