PLDC-Killing Bill Passed, Sent to Governor

The state House of Representatives today agreed to amendments made by the Senate which avoided having the measure sent to a conference committee.

UPDATE: Senate Amends PLDC Bill, Now Similar to House Version

House Bill 1133, which was heard by the Committee on Ways and Means, appears to be the only PLDC-killing bill still active in the Legislature.

PLDC-Killing Bill Scheduled for Hearing Next Week

The hearing will be the first for either of the anti-PLDC bills since the House and Senate swapped their versions in mid-February.
