Queen Ka‘ahumanu Highway: NELHA Frontage Road to Open
Access to HOST Park from the northbound Queen Ka‘ahumanu Highway will available via the new fourth leg of the Kaiminani Drive intersection due to the opening of the NELHA Frontage Road on Sept. 5.
