BJ Penn arrested, charged with violating protective order filed by his mother

Officers determined the 46-year-old former UFC champion entered a property on Pu‘u‘eo Street in violation of the protective order, which his mother Lorraine Shin filed for and received in May after Penn allegedly assaulted her.
